All Subversion repositories and servers are hosted at EngineYard’s data centers. We provide multiple levels of backups and redundancy to ensure uptime and peace of mind. This includes:

High-speed, redundant network storage
Secure off-site backups to Amazon S3
Separately hosted Help system and Public site at Softlayer

We chose EngineYard to handle our servers not only for their environment, but for their experience as well. EngineYard has the tools and people available to run and maintain large-scale web applications.

We host our help site and public site at a separate data center in order to provide communication to our customers in the case of downtime at EngineYard. We realize that downtime does happen and communication to our customers is crucial to recovery.
