Yes, each Beanstalk repository can be exported at any time, at no cost. The export contains an archive of the repository directories on the server. This exported file can be imported into another Subversion server and will retain the complete revision history.

To export, go to your repository then click on Setup → Export. You will see a link where you can download the repository.
